Taiki Tea Sencha is a single origin tea, grown in the misty mountains of Uji, Japan. The leaves are pinked when they are small and young, in so, creating a refreshing and smooth mellow taste and aroma.  Like all of Taiki Tea products, sencha is tea that brings with it an abundance of health benefits. These include heaps of catechins, (natural occurring antioxidants) and also vitamin c, which is perfect for an immune system boost.  To make the perfect sencha, simply brew 1 teaspoon (approx 3g) of the leaves in 200mls of 80C water for 1 minute.
