Taiki Tea matcha overnight oats

These overnight oats are simple yet scrumptious. Made from only 5 ingredients, this matcha recipe is sure to keep hunger locked up until lunch. 

Ingredients

150g of oats

1 large teaspoon of matcha

3 tablespoons of yoghurt (dairy or non dairy)

200ml of apple juice

1 apple, grated

Fruit, to serve

Method

In a bowl add 1 large teaspoon of matcha and three tablespoons of yoghurt, mix well.

Add the 200 ml of apple juice a bit at a time and mix thoroughly.

Add the 150g oats and grated apple and mix well.

Pop in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight

Add fruit to serve, we love a berry selection.
