Matcha, kiwi and lime bliss balls

Ingredients

Peel and chop one kiwi fruit 

Zest and juice 1 lime

100g ground almonds

100g desiccated coconut 

150g dark chocolate

1 tablespoon of coconut oil 

2 teaspoons of matcha

 

Method

Add the all the ingredients (except chocolate) to a bowl and mix thoroughly. 

Roll the mix into small bite size balls and place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set. 

When the bliss balls have set, prepare the chocolate by breaking into small pieces and adding to a heatproof bowl. Melt over a saucepan of boiling water, ensuring the water does not touch the bottom of the heatproof bowl.

Once melted, dip the bliss balls in the chocolate and place back in the fridge to set for an hour.

Munch away!
